Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Guide customers through the purchase process from initial greeting through delivery
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup
- Manage and respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers using our CRM system
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Deliver an exceptional purchase experience that reflects the Mount Pleasant CDJR brand
