Requirements of this Safety Manager role:
- Ability to continuously gain safety “buy in” from teams and build the safety culture
- 5+ years’ experience in a field construction safety role
- 4-year degree preferred
- OSHA 30 certification required
- CHST, OSHA 500 or 510, CSO or equivalent strongly preferred
- Bi-lingual ability in English and Spanish required
- Valid Class C driver’s license
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong and verifiable industry references
