The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our team of senior MAI-designated appraisers and consultants. This role offers hands-on experience with complex valuation assignments across a variety of property types and purposes—ranging from litigation support and financial reporting to acquisition, portfolio analysis, eminent domain, and estate planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a valuation professional looking to grow within a respected firm that values precision, integrity, and client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct full-scope commercial real estate valuations, including industrial, retail, office, multi-family, and special-use properties.

Prepare detailed appraisal and consulting reports tailored to client needs.

Work alongside senior-level appraisers and MAI-designated professionals.

Interface directly with clients, providing clear, data-supported insights.
