WE’RE HIRING: TIKTOK LIVE SALES SPECIALIST
Ice Shaker is looking for an experienced, energetic TikTok Live Sales Specialist to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who is charismatic, confident on camera, and knows how to keep an audience engaged while creating a fun and welcoming shopping experience.
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM–12:15 PM
Optional Saturday and Sunday shifts available
PAY
$30 per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Host engaging TikTok LIVE shopping events and product auctions
- Present and demonstrate Ice Shaker products accurately and enthusiastically
- Learn product features, pricing, promotions, policies, and care instructions
- Clearly explain auction procedures, shipping information, and current promotions
- Greet viewers, answer product questions, and respond to comments professionally
- Encourage audience participation, likes, shares, follows, and interaction
- Keep each Live organized, upbeat, and moving at an engaging pace
- Set up products, lighting, sound, music, equipment, and product links before each Live
- Confirm that auction products, prices, timing, and settings are correct
- Conduct flash sales and giveaways according to company guidelines
- Handle repeated questions and challenging comments calmly and patiently
- Direct order-specific concerns to the appropriate customer-service channel
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and report concerns to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and family-friendly appearance on camera
- Represent the Ice Shaker brand in a positive, trustworthy, and professional manner
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous TikTok LIVE, livestream sales, retail sales, or on-camera hosting experience
- Charismatic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking on camera
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Patient, positive, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, prepared, and able to follow established procedures
- Quick-thinking and able to keep a conversation flowing naturally
- Sales-minded without sounding overly scripted, aggressive, or pushy
- Comfortable learning detailed product information
- Able to multitask while presenting products, reading comments, and managing auctions
- Able to stand and remain energetic for more than four hours at a time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment
