Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Illinois Special Education (IL SPED) certification required
- Experience working in elementary or school settings preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

- Comfortable collaborating with school staff and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and support students in a self-contained kindergarten special education setting
- Design and adapt instructional materials to fit individual needs
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain IEP documentation and participate in meetings
- Create a safe, engaging, and positive classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with other teachers, therapists, and school staff
