Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through effective supervision, coaching, and mentorship.
- Implement strategic management practices to optimize sales, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze profit and loss statements regularly to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control.
- Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase profitability.
- Lead process improvement projects aimed at operational efficiency, lean management, and quality enhancement.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate efforts between teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Experience
- Proven management experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry with a focus on operational oversight.
- Demonstrated ability in executive-level team management, including supervising managers and developing leadership talent.
- Strong background in data analysis using Excel or similar tools for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and financial planning within a multi-unit environment.
- Skilled in team management, staff development, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Knowledge of business development strategies and sales growth techniques.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as lean management or operational excellence frameworks.

Pay: $61,872.01 - $74,512.52 per year
