Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced property administrator to support the daily operations of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Palm Beach County . This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of a dynamic and reputable company.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Property Administrator or in a similar role.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly organized and able to handle the needs of the tenants
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and able to always multitask
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software is required
- Knowledge of all types of insurances
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of residential and commercial properties
- Draft leases, addendums, and special agreements
- Coordinate all repairs and maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate tenant lease and property records in Yardi
- Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable and rent collection
- Ensure all tenants follow lease obligations
- Obtain and manage insurance per requirements for all properties.
- Handle all insurance claims
- Obtain all licenses, permits and renewals for properties
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 2-3 Years in property administration
- Proficiency with Yardi software is required
- Occasional flexibility in work schedule to meet company and tenants needs
- Must have full grasp of English language and able to articulate effectively
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60 000 to $70 000 annually based on experience
- 401K with employer match up to 4%
