What you’ll do:
Handle complex repairs and system issues
Lead bigger jobs (HVAC, electrical, boilers, etc.)
Help train and guide other techs
Keep jobs efficient and done right the first time
You’re a good fit if:

Requirements:
5+ years experience
Strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge
EPA certification
Leadership ability
