Catering primarily to university and high school athletic programs on a national scale. Team Fitz specializes in the sale, design, and in-house manufacturing of athletic and school related signage and graphics.

POSITION AVAILABLE
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative immediately. The candidate will work directly with Team Fitz’s design, production, and sales teams to facilitate different phases of the sales process. The candidate's primary responsibility will be taking on, developing, and growing the update orders that customers place to keep their existing Team Fitz products current. This full-time position is a new role at Team Fitz and includes salary, bonus incentives, and health benefits.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving, gathering, and inputting product update orders
- Web, live chat, and call response for initial information gathering
- Data entry and accurate note-taking
- Developing and growing the update side of the business
- Working closely with territory sales reps and production
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
- 0 – 3 years of professional experience
- A strong desire to be a part of an entrepreneurial environment with a solid work ethic
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and change focus rapidly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to develop long-term/sustainable relationships
- Self-motivation and a desire to continually grow and learn new skills
- Customer Relationship Management software knowledge is preferred, but not required
