Position Overview
ReMedi Health Solutions is seeking a currently certified Data Integrity and HIM Analyst to support design validation, build, configuration, testing, activation, and stabilization of health information management, medical record integrity, and release-of-information workflows for a large, multi-entity Epic implementation.
Open Positions
- 1 Position: Data Integrity and HIM Analyst — supports patient record integrity, duplicate/overlap resolution, and Release of Information (ROI) workflow build for the Epic implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in workflow validation and translate approved HIM and data integrity requirements into Epic build workbooks and configuration.
- Configure patient identity management, duplicate/overlap resolution, medical record merge, and Release of Information workflows in designated nonproduction environments and complete peer review and documentation.
- Develop and execute unit tests; support integrated testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
- Coordinate dependencies across HIM, clinical, revenue cycle, scheduling, patient engagement, analytics, interface, conversion, security, and technical workstreams.
- Support readiness, cutover, activation, command-center, at-the-elbow, and stabilization activities as assigned.
- Maintain configuration guides, decision records, test evidence, defect status, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Work within established governance, change-control, privacy, security, and quality-management processes.
Required Qualifications
- Current Epic certification relevant to HIM, patient identity/data integrity, or Release of Information, as applicable to the assigned scope.
- Demonstrated hands-on build and configuration experience in the certified module.
- Experience supporting at least one complete Epic implementation, major deployment, or comparable enterprise initiative.
- Experience with unit testing, integrated testing, UAT, defect management, readiness, activation, and stabilization.
- Ability to provide proof of current Epic certification before candidate submission.
- Ability to collaborate during Pacific Time business hours and travel to Washington State when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple current Epic certifications or cross-module experience.
- Two or more full Epic implementations or major enterprise deployments.
- Health information management, medical record integrity, or release-of-information operations background.
- Experience in public-sector, behavioral health, correctional health, Medicaid, or multi-entity healthcare environments.
- Experience supporting a shared Epic instance, Foundation System standardization, large-scale testing, or multi-wave activation.
Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour
