Nazareth Home is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support facility projects and ongoing maintenance needs. This role is PRN (as needed) working full-time hours for approximately 4–6 months.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
As the Maintenance Technician you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will also support safety, preventive maintenance, and production goals. Projects include flooring, painting, light residential plumbing, and general facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment
- Perform emergency and scheduled repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret manuals and work orders
- Conduct preventive maintenance and basic plumbing/carpentry tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain clean work areas
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to four years of experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial fields
- Some PLC experience and HVAC
- An Associate’s degree (AA) from a two year college or technical school in electrical or industrial maintenance; preferred
