A Day Behind Our Bar
- Mixing, pouring, and crafting cocktails, beer, and wine with real skill and flair
- Knowing our menu inside and out — drinks, food, and specials — so you can guide guests with confidence
- Making the bar the most fun seat in the house — energetic, welcoming, a little bit of a show
- Batching cocktails, building syrups and infusions, and keeping sharp inventory alongside your Lead Bartender/Manager
- Suggesting the right drink at the right moment, without ever feeling pushy
- Staying sharp and fast during a packed Friday night rush
- Handling cash/credit accurately and following all liquor and health regulations
- Communicating with your GM and showing up for pre-shift and team meetings
What You Bring
- 2+ years bartending experience
- Real wine and spirits knowledge — and a love of learning more
- A warm, guest-first attitude and sharp communication skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, staying cool under pressure
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- A polished, professional look
Requirements
- Food Handlers, BASSET, and Allergens certifications within 30 days of employment
- High school diploma/GED preferred
