AMARÉ Wellness Studio is looking for a high-energy, friendly, and outgoing Studio Front Desk & Sales Associate to join our boutique Pilates and wellness studio in Hallandale Beach.
We are looking for someone who is a true people person someone who loves talking to clients, starting conversations, making people feel welcome, and creating a positive first impression from the moment they walk in.
This role is perfect for someone who is responsible, proactive, presentable, energetic, and has a “big picture” mindset. We want someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and helps keep the studio running smoothly without waiting to be told every little thing.
This is not just a basic front desk position. Sales are an important part of the role. You should feel comfortable explaining our classes, packages, memberships, retail items, and studio experiences, and helping clients choose what fits them best. Sales bonuses are available.
Responsibilities include welcoming clients, checking clients in, helping first-time clients feel comfortable, explaining where everything is, answering questions, supporting package and membership sales, keeping the lobby/front desk/studio areas organized, and helping maintain the clean, beautiful look of the studio.
The work environment is positive, young, fun, supportive, and wellness-focused. Interest in fitness, wellness, sports, or Pilates is a big plus. Team members also receive free studio classes.
We are currently looking for someone available for evening shifts everyday and Sunday mornings. Evening shifts are usually around 5:00 PM–8:45 PM, give or take. Sunday morning availability is required usually from 8:30 am - 2 pm .
It is very important that candidates live within about 15 minutes of the studio, since some shifts are shorter and we need someone local and reliable.
For the right person, this role can grow over time into more hours, morning shifts, a larger position, additional responsibilities, and a different pay structure in the future.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
