What You'll Do
As a Paralegal, you will provide substantive legal and administrative support that helps our attorneys deliver exceptional service to clients. This role offers a diverse mix of responsibilities, combining meaningful legal work with administrative support that keeps matters moving efficiently from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation and transactional matters.
- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, contracts, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents for attorney review.
- Conducting factual research and compiling supporting documentation.
- Organizing and maintaining client files and case materials.
- Assisting with document review, production, and management.
- Preparing exhibits, hearing notebooks, trial materials, and closing binders.
- Coordinating court filings, service of process, and document retrieval.
- Monitoring deadlines and maintaining case calendars.
- Communicating professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, vendors, and other third parties.
- Recording billable and administrative time accurately and timely.
- Providing administrative and clerical support that contributes to the efficient operation of the legal team and exceptional client service.
- Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have:
- A paralegal certificate, associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn legal technology and case management systems.
- A commitment to professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and exceptional client service.
