As the HR Systems Services (HRSS) Representative, you’ll support the daily operations and ongoing evolution of our HR systems and processes. This role is a critical part of our HRSS team, working closely with departments across Human Resources, IT, and Finance/Payroll to deliver timely and accurate support. Reporting to the Manager, HR Systems Services Representatives, you'll be one of three team members supporting a Corporate HR department of 100+ and a total workforce of over 48,000 employees.
This position is based at our Corporate Support Center in Calabasas Hills, CA and focuses on Tier 1 system support, process maintenance, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 HR systems support, including managing support inboxes and troubleshooting user issues.

Perform data updates, corrections, and system tasks in platforms such as UKG Pro, iCIMS, SuccessFactors and Schoox.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by utilizing audits and standard reports

Assist with system testing and documentation.

Contribute to process improvements by using technology to reduce manual work.
Qualifications
-
1+ years of experience working with HR systems
-
Experience supporting users of a Human Capital Management System (UKG Pro) Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), Talent Management System (SuccessFactors) and Learning Management System (Schoox)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Professionalism and maturity when interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively under time constraints

Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and data privacy
