We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding service.
Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to roofing services, and schedule appointments. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service. Current available shift is Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 7pm. These hours may vary throughout the year, and may include late evening hours during the summer months. Must be able to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Schedule consultations and appointments for roofing assessments
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Make outbound calls to previous customers and leads
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Have flexible schedule for evening hours needed.
