About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Dog Groomer / Pet Groomer to join a growing mobile grooming team serving the Tri-Cities area (Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol).
This role is ideal for a professional groomer who wants leadership opportunities, consistent work, and a calmer environment than traditional grooming salons.
Our mobile groomers work one-on-one with pets in a fully equipped grooming van, providing high-quality grooming services without the stress of busy salons.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional dog grooming and pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling
- Groom dogs according to breed standards and client preferences
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new groomers when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized mobile grooming van
- Use professional grooming tools and safe animal handling practices
- Deliver excellent customer service to pet owners
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year professional dog grooming experience
- Experience grooming multiple dog breeds and coat types
- Strong attention to detail and pet safety
- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
