We are hiring Road Striping Crew Members in Hendersonville, NC for full-time and part-time, temporary and temp-to-hire positions. Work day, night, or overnight shifts, Monday through Friday, supporting road marking and highway safety operations. No experience required—training is provided for motivated candidates ready to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform road striping and pavement marking tasks
- Assist with setup and operation of striping equipment
- Load, unload, and move materials and tools
- Follow safety procedures and traffic control guidelines
- Support general labor duties on job sites
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including nights
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
