Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members during your shift to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient food delivery.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations including inventory control, food management, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Train new staff members on food safety procedures, customer service protocols, and operational tasks to foster a skilled team.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism and positivity to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor shift performance, conduct briefings, and communicate managerial updates effectively to ensure seamless service flow.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
- Proven supervisory or team management experience within the hospitality or food industry.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
- Familiarity with food safety management practices and food handling regulations.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff, manage conflicts, and lead teams confidently.
- Experience in managing hospitality teams in casual dining, catering, banquet settings or hotel environments is a plus.
