Who We Are
Kwenda Collegiate Girls is a public, tuition-free girls' school rooted in the idea that true gender justice begins with ensuring our girls have access to an excellent, gender-responsive, anti-racist, college-preparatory education. We are a slow-growth school opening our doors in Brooklyn in Fall 2026 to students in kindergarten and first grade.
Our mission is to reimagine schooling so that all girls and gender-expansive youth have access to an excellent education that empowers them to lead self-determined lives full of promise, wonder, and ease.
