Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementador/Calidad IMPORT-EXPORT to join our team and drive excellence in our import and export quality processes. Duties
- Implement and maintain quality systems aligned with CTPAT, ISO 9001 and other relevant standards for import-export operations
- Conduct comprehensive quality audits and inspections on imported and exported products to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Develop, review, and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and compliance reports for international shipments
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to integrate quality assurance measures into the import-export process, ensuring product integrity and safety
- Leads meetings with operations managers to explain incidents and solutions
- Excel reports about operations
- Dynamic tables about operations
- Monitor adherence to customs regulations and export/import documentation requirements to prevent delays or compliance violations
- Support project management initiatives aimed at optimizing quality systems and streamlining import-export workflows Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing or import-export sectors, with a strong understanding of international standards such as CTPAT, ISO 9001,
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits, inspections, and analysis with attention to detail
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance procedures related to import-export activities across different markets
- Strong analytical skills combined with problem-solving capabilities for process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies used in manufacturing environments
- Project management experience is a plus; ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $28.77 per hour
