Arrowcraft Products is a well-established manufacturing company serving the aftermarket automotive industry. We have been in business for more than 40 years and manufacture, assemble, and ship automotive components from our facility in Royal Oak, Michigan.
We are looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to help manage inventory, prepare customer orders, receive incoming materials, and support the day-to-day operation of our manufacturing facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift regularly to move materials, pallets, and finished products
- Receive, organize, and maintain raw materials and finished-goods inventory
- Track inventory levels and communicate when materials or supplies need to be reordered
- Assist with placing and expediting orders for inventory and shop supplies
- Verify quantities and condition of incoming materials and deliveries
- Assemble and prepare finished products for shipment
- Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare customer orders
- Coordinate with the office manager to ensure daily shipments are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse and shipping area
- Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be able to safely lift and handle items weighing up to 80 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable attendance and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
