Direct Traffic Solutions is seeking a Drayage Sales to lead and scale our drayage division, driving operational excellence and delivering world-class service across our logistics network.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, distributed operations team.

Oversee drayage operations, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.

Drive business development and revenue growth within the drayage segment.

Build and manage relationships with key clients, ports, carriers, and freight partners.

Lead pricing strategy, rate negotiations, and capacity planning to maximize margins.

Oversee drayage operations to ensure on-time delivery, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s drayage footprint.

Monitor KPIs, pipeline performance, and profitability metrics.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align customer acquisition and execution.

Strong background in drayage sales, carrier sales, or logistics business development.

Proven track record in revenue generation and client relationship management.

Experience negotiating rates and managing carrier networks.

Operational knowledge of ports, containers, and drayage logistics.

Strategic mindset with ability to scale operations and sales simultaneously.
Qualifications:-
5+ years of experience in drayage, logistics sales, or operations leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
