Luxe Redux Bridal is a luxury, designer bridal boutique offering brides discounted designer gowns. We currently operate nine brick-and-mortar locations (and growing!) and have a thriving online presence.

Schedule & Hours:
- 5 days per week, averaging 40 hours
- The Assistant Store Manager must have open availability, including weekends, to effectively support their team and ensure smooth store operations.
Compensation:
- Hourly: $21–$22/hour + competitive bonus structure tied to store performance
- Total potential earnings up to $28–$36/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Assist with interviewing, training, and coaching team members, including scorecards and ongoing development
- Draft and adjust store schedules, with final approval from the Store Manager
- Provide real-time coaching and serve as a witness during corrective actions
- Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently earning positive surveys and reviews
- Resolve customer concerns and de-escalate issues with professionalism
- Support store operations including inventory accuracy, visual standards, and store upkeep
- Act as Store Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Luxe Brands standards

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma
- Must be able to travel for 1 week to Columbus, OH for paid training
- 2+ years of supervisory experience (Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, or similar)
- 1+ year of sales/customer service experience, preferably retail or soft-lines
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday full shifts)
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic tech tools
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Successful completion of a background check
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in bridal or luxury retail
- Familiarity with Apple/macOS
- Success in commission-based sales environments
