Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the cash register or Aloha POS system
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Bus tables and ensure tables are clean and ready for the next customer
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe handling and storage of food products
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register or Aloha POS system
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
