Duties
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows and RPE candidates in accordance with ASHA and the state of California licensing board guidelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the Clinical Fellow/RPE's progress.
- Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices to continually enhance service quality and clinical supervision methods.
Experience:
- Experience working in school based setting.
- Prior supervisory experience with Clinical Fellows is highly desirable
- Knowledge of state regulations regarding speech-language pathology supervision requirements for Clinical Fellows or RPE candidates
Work Hours:
Work hours are based upon the ASHA and state guidelines for direct and indirect supervision hours. Some Clinical Fellow/RPE's may require additional hours/additional mentorship until they are more confident in their school based position.
Pay:
