Japanese real estate company seeks a Japanese bilingual Sales Representative in NYC.
Entry-level candidates are welcomed and the company can support you to get a license.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $3,200–$3,300/month (based on experience) + commission
- During 3-month probation: $3,000/month + commission
- Performance-based bonuses (separate commission agreement)

Work Schedule
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Two days off per week (Saturday + rotational week day off) + U.S. public holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings across NYC and guide clients through the leasing process
- Respond to inquiries, assess client needs, and provide follow-up
- Negotiate lease terms with landlords and management companies
- Coordinate move-ins and maintain CRM/reporting updates
- Conduct market research and maintain local property relationships
Qualifications
- NY State Real Estate License or willingness to obtain
- Work authorization in the U.S.
- Experience in leasing, sales, or client-facing roles preferred, but not mandatory
- Business-level English and Japanese
- Basic PC skills (Email, Excel, Word)
