We are currently seeking experienced, fast-paced bartenders who thrive in a lively, high-volume environment and know how to deliver great hospitality under pressure.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities, while maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and responsible serving practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquet functions to ensure seamless service delivery in various settings like nightclubs or food industry venues.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service periods.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill splitting.
- Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques from brewing to mixology; experience in the food industry or catering is advantageous.
