Freight & Route Setup
Drivers haul general and refrigerated freight through established customer lanes. Familiar operating areas and consistent freight demand help support dependable mileage and a more predictable driving routine.

Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Freight assignments may vary, but the established network provides steady hauling opportunities throughout the year.
Inside Your Truck
Drivers operate Kenworth T680 tractors that are four years old or newer. Equipment includes automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab fifth-wheel release.
Equipment is assigned based on availability. Driver Support Specialists are available to assist with route questions, equipment concerns, and day-to-day needs while drivers are on the road.

Weekly Pay
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,550 per week based on experience, mileage, and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days of employment.
Quarterly raises are available based on safety performance and productivity. Orientation pays $100 per day, with travel arrangements covered.
