We're partnering with a well-established General Contractor to recruit an experienced Superintendent for a major ground-up data centre project in the Dallas area.
This position will play a key role in leading the electrical scope of a large-scale, mission-critical development. Previous data centre experience is highly desirable, but we're also keen to speak with Superintendents who have delivered large, technically complex commercial or industrial projects with significant MEP packages.

Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical scope on a ground-up data centre project.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and to the highest standard.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, MEP teams, design consultants and ownership.
- Drive programme, quality and safety across all electrical installations.
- Manage inspections, commissioning activities and project close-out.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
- Previous experience delivering data centres, mission-critical, industrial or commercial projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical construction and MEP coordination.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme milestones.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
