Job Summary
Anchor Sign is a growing and dynamic sign manufacturing company searching for Loading and Crating Specialists to join its shipping team. This position includes building wood crates, crating and packaging signs, and loading and securing signs and crates onto multiple types of trucks and trailers. Team members regularly work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and are exposed to the elements while loading, securing, and preparing shipments. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor in a fast-paced environment, working safely around shipping equipment and materials, and must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds. Prior experience in shipping, packaging, loading, or material handling is a plus.
Your pay includes $20/hour regular time and $30/hour for overtime.

Monday-Friday
6:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch)
Saturday (occasional, rotating)
6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (paid at $30/hour)
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Preferred)
- Experience lifting, using hand tools, and working outside (Preferred)
- Driver's License Required
