We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Produce Clerk to support daily operations in our produce department. This role focuses on maintaining high standards for freshness, quality, and presentation while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Receive, stock, and rotate produce using proper FIFO procedures
- Cull and remove damaged or outdated product to maintain quality standards
- Build and maintain attractive produce displays
- Assist customers with product questions and selections
- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, prep areas, and backroom
- Safely lift, move, and stock produce (up to 40–50 lbs)
- Work independently while supporting team goals
Qualifications
- Some prior produce or grocery experience required
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
