Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Lead Associate to join our fast paced Night production team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate shipping and receiving processes, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, perferably within the carboard tubbing production and a comprehensive understanding of a warehouse settings production. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Manage inventory control processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to maintain precise stock levels
- Lead team members in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely for heavy lifting and materials movement
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for seamless distribution and delivery operations
- Oversee compliance with OSHA regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Monitor inventory levels regularly, perform cycle counts, and address discrepancies promptly
- Support training initiatives related to warehouse safety, equipment operation, and best practices in logistics
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a distribution/Production environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and logistics software such as OSHAs standards
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and equipment maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, manage workflow, and implement process improvements
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations, heavy lifting protocols, and safety procedures in a warehouse setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and documentation
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
