Position: HVAC Technician
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Shift: First (on call for after shift emergencies)
Days: Monday - Friday (on call for weekend emergencies)
Wage: $30.00 + DOE

Responsibilities of this position include…
· Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
· Clean condenser coils
· Change equipment air filters
· Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings
· Identify maintenance risks on equipment
· Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
· Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
· Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act
· Other department tasks as assigned
Job Requirements include…
· Universal HVAC license
· 3-5 years of experience
· Basic knowledge of computer operation for use of energy management system
