Legacy Dental of Menifee is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is fast-paced, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care in a positive and supportive environment.
Position Details
Full-Time
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Compensation: $26–$28 per hour

Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns and bridges
Take and process dental X-rays
Anticipate doctor needs during procedures and prepare accordingly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of operatories
Deliver exceptional patient care and education
Support a smooth and efficient clinical workflow
Work collaboratively with the dental team to create a positive patient experience
Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
Ability to make excellent temporary crowns and bridges
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude with a no-drama, team-player mentality
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Open Dental software
