Silverlake Ramen is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our management team.
We are looking for someone who can lead by example, develop a strong team, maintain excellent guest service, and take ownership of the restaurant's daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Front of House and Back of House operations
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Create and manage employee schedules based on business needs and labor targets
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and restaurant organization
- Monitor labor costs, food costs, waste, and overall restaurant performance
- Handle guest concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain proper inventory and ordering
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health department requirements
- Conduct opening and closing procedures
- Help recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
- Hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, and company standards
- Work closely with corporate management to improve restaurant sales and profitability
- Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy work environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred with minimum 3 Years Experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to handle scheduling, labor management, inventory, and daily operational issues
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Reliable and professional
Compensation + Bonus based on restaurant performance and achievement of established operational goals.
Bonus eligibility may be based on factors such as:
- Sales performance

- Guest satisfaction and reviews
- Team performance and retention
- Overall compliance with company standards
