Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and smoothly functioning household, providing personalized service tailored to the family’s needs.
Responsibilities
· Provides cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout the assigned property and facilities.
· Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas.
· Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors.
· Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
· Cleans and washes windows on the inside of the buildings.
· Cleans outside area paths, columns, house entrance, and outside furniture.
· Checks for and reports any maintenance problems to the owner/property manager. Once approved, calls and schedules service to have problems resolved.
· Completes grocery shopping and purchasing household items.
· Does laundry when needed.
· Light cooking
· Cares for houseplants, garden, and flowers.
· Clean outside grill when needed.
· Responsible for keeping track of receipts and sending them to accounting.
· Holiday decorations
· Other duties as assigned.
· Care and cleaning of additional properties at other locations required periodically.
Skills
· Must be detail oriented and thorough.
· Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and guests.
· Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
· Ability to use a computer, send emails, complete weekly reports.
· Previous experience managing a large estate.
· Mature, responsible, and experienced at performing various household duties.
· Must be able to read, write, and speak as needed for the position.
· Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods of standing and walking, frequently pulling, pushing bending, reaching, climbing, walking up and down stairs.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds at times.
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
