Duties
- Assist in framing, including metal stud framing and wood framing, ensuring structural integrity according to blueprints and schematics
- Perform trim carpentry tasks such as door hanging, fixture installation, and cabinetry setup with precision and attention to detail
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like cutting, sanding, drilling, and assembling materials
- Prepare surfaces through plastering, caulking, or painting to achieve smooth finishes and professional appearances
- Install siding, stucco, roofing components, or flooring to meet project specifications and industry standards
- Conduct concrete forming and rebar installation for foundational or structural elements
- Support restoration projects involving water damage remediation, mold cleanup, or general building repairs
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with a solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Skilled iaccurate project execution
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and fabrication techniques
- Knowledge of various construction disciplines such as masonry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, and metal stud framing
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Valid experience in remodeling, flooring installation, tile laying or other specialized carpentry areas is a plus
- Prior experience in restoration industry projects or water damage restoration is advantageous
