Overview
Commonwealth Partners works directly with nonprofit organizations that rely on real community connection to grow their reach throughout Nashville. We’re currently expanding our outreach team and looking for a full-time Customer Outreach Advocate to help strengthen donor engagement, support nonprofit brand awareness, and create positive in-person interactions during live community campaigns.
The Customer Outreach Advocate spends most of the day interacting directly with customers during outreach events, nonprofit campaigns, and community pop-ups across Nashville. Part of the role is educating customers on each nonprofit brand and its mission, but a major part of the position is creating an experience people actually remember after the conversation ends.
Customer Outreach Advocate Responsibilities
- Speak directly with customers during community outreach events and nonprofit campaigns throughout Nashville
- Introduce nonprofit initiatives in a way that feels conversational, relatable, and easy to understand
- Help strengthen nonprofit brand awareness by creating positive, memorable customer interactions
- Guide customers through donation conversations while keeping the experience organized and pressure-free
- Share campaign messaging, nonprofit goals, and community impact stories connected to each brand
- Maintain accurate outreach records, donation tracking, and follow-up information during campaigns
- Represent nonprofit brand partners professionally across different outreach locations and public events
- Work with other Customer Outreach Advocate team members to maintain strong outreach momentum and customer engagement
