We currently have a full-time position available for a Dental treatment and insurance coordinator at our beautiful Miami dental office. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who has excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism and customer service to make our patients feel special. Your day will be fast paced and you will assist with the following:
-Go over treatment and financing options with patients
-Explain dental procedures and steps to patients
-Go over EOB’s with patients and explain in detail paints accounts
-Greeting and check-in patients
-Answering Incoming Calls
-Making Outgoing Calls
-Verifying patient’s dental insurance breakdown and benefits
-Collecting Payments
-Scheduling Appointments
-Confirming Appointments
Must be very professional in your actions and appearance, Multi-tasking, attention to detail and strong organizational skills are also needed.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a most.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
