Inside Sales Representative

We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and helping people find the right equipment for the job. If you're motivated, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond to phone, email, online, and walk-in sales inquiries
- Follow up on customer quotes, leads, and previous sales opportunities
- Recommend equipment and solutions based on each customer's needs
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and assist customers through the sales process
- Work closely with our parts, service, rental and outside sales teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using our CRM system
- Help achieve monthly and annual sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in construction equipment, agriculture, landscaping, outdoor power equipment, automotive, or a related industry is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new products and technology
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed

Compensation: Base pay plus commission.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
