Ferraro’s Painting & Restoration is seeking an experienced Painting Foreman to lead crews on commercial, institutional, and residential projects across Connecticut.
This role is for someone who can run a jobsite, not just paint.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise painting crews on active job sites
- Coordinate daily work with the production team
- Ensure proper surface preparation and coating application
- Maintain quality control and jobsite cleanliness
- Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to the office
- Train and mentor junior painters
- Maintain safe work practices
Work Includes
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation and patching
- Drywall repairs and skim work
- Trim and finish painting
- Commercial coatings and specialty coatings
Requirements
- 7+ years professional painting experience
- Previous crew leadership experience preferred
- Ability to read scopes and manage small projects
- Reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 Certification required (can obtain upon hire)
