About the Role
We Rise Mental Health Counseling Services is a fully remote group practice supporting clients across New York State. We’re hiring Limited Permit clinicians who want a structured, supportive environment to grow their clinical skills and build a consistent caseload.
This role is designed for early-career therapists who want to focus on clinical work—not marketing, billing, or administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and couples therapy
- Complete timely documentation (notes, treatment plans, assessments)
- Attend weekly supervision and team meetings
- Coordinate care as needed
- Deliver ethical, culturally responsive care
Qualifications
- Master’s in Mental Health Counseling (required)
- NYS Limited Permit eligible (required)
- Interest in evidence-based and trauma-informed care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Open to feedback and clinical growth
