The Role: Clinical Captain & Team Cheerleader
We are looking for a strategic, high-energy RN Nurse Manager who knows how to balance clinical expertise with a heavy dose of administrative savvy.

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day Adventure)
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise, evaluate, and cheer on our nursing staff, ensuring everyone stays at the top of their game and aligned with clinical standards.
- Master the Puzzle: Direct patient care activities and crack the code on staffing schedules to keep nurse-to-patient ratios exactly where they need to be.
- Keep it Legal & Safe: Stay ahead of the curve on healthcare laws, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
- Be the Bridge: Serve as the ultimate communicator between nursing staff, physicians, upper management, and patient families.
- Drive Quality: Keep an eye on patient outcomes and spearhead quality improvement initiatives to keep our care top-tier.
- Manage the Details: Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and inventory management so the team has exactly what they need to succeed.
What You Bring to the TableThe Must-Haves:
- The Credentials: A current, valid RN license in the United States and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- The Experience: At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year calling the shots in a leadership or supervisory role.
- The Tech Skills: Comfort navigating Electronic Health Records (EHR) and healthcare management software like a pro.
- The Brainpower: A strong foundation in evidence-based nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A Master’s degree (MSN, MHA, or related field).
- A shiny Nurse Executive or Leadership Certification.
- Experience navigating hospital budgets and data-driven quality improvement projects.

- ICU: 1 year (Preferred)
