Leadbetter Hand & Physical Therapy is an established PT/OT practice in Frederick, MD. Our goal is to to be the alternative to chain PT clinics with high volume demands and stressful work environments. Our mission is to provide positive patient experiences and quality, personalized treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to develop individualized treatment plans for
patients
- Provide treatment to patients with various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries by
implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Monitor and appropriately document patient progress during treatment sessions
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, peers
and referring physicians
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail in documenting patient progress and treatment plans
- Physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with exercises and perform manual
therapy techniques
- Must be licensed in the state of Maryland, experience preferred but new grads considered!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
