Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with office staff and care team
- Complete required documentation and state-mandated training
What We’re Looking For
- HCA (Home Care Aide) certification required
- Proof of TB test/vaccine
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience OR CNA/nursing student experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional communication and dependability
