Key Responsibilities

Draft and argue substantive motions, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and applications for temporary restraining orders and injunctive relief.

Conduct in‑depth legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and appellate submissions.

Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation, deposition strategy, and evidentiary analysis.

Support representation of professionals, students, faculty, and executives in sensitive administrative, disciplinary, and investigatory proceedings.

Participate in strategic client counseling on complex, high‑exposure matters.

Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy from inception through resolution.

Qualifications

3-4 years of litigation experience at a law firm or comparable setting.

Admission to the New York Bar (required).
