Skill: Ops Dashboard Technical Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Transactional system design (high-volume ops workflows).
- Workflow/state management (case lifecycle, status transitions).
- API integration with policy admin + peripheral systems.
- Full-stack development (Java backend + Angular UI).
- Event-driven architecture (queues, async processing).
- Data modeling for operational dashboards (real-time + batch).
- Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and build ops dashboard from scratch (UI + backend).
- Own integrations with policy admin and external systems.
- Define workflows, states, and transaction handling.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and real-time visibility.
- Drive UI/UX for ops efficiency and usability.
- Lead squad, review code/design, enforce standards
Salary Range - $120,000 – $160,000 a year
