Apartment Complex Security
Third Eye Security Services, Inc. is currently seeking professional, dependable, and experienced Security Officers to provide security services at an apartment complex.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and professional environment for residents, guests, staff, and property management.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS Swing Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Schedule Option 1 – Thursday through Sunday
- Thursday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Friday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Schedule Option 2 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Friday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Graveyard Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Graveyard positions are also available. Applicants must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekdays and weekends as assigned.
OPEN AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
Applicants must have open availability. Candidates must be flexible and able to work Swing Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and/or Graveyard Shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) based on company staffing and operational needs.
Availability may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the apartment complex
- Monitor the property for suspicious or unauthorized activity
- Enforce property rules and management policies professionally
- Respond appropriately to resident and management concerns
- Monitor entrances, parking areas, common areas, and other designated locations
- Maintain a professional and visible security presence
- De-escalate disturbances and contact law enforcement when appropriate
- Complete accurate and detailed Daily Activity Reports and incident reports
- Immediately report serious incidents to supervisors and management
- Maintain professional communication with residents, guests, property management, and coworkers
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:
- Possess a current and valid California BSIS Guard Card
- Have OPEN AVAILABILITY
- Be available for Swing and/or Graveyard shifts
- Be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Have strong communication and report-writing skills
- Be comfortable working in an apartment/residential environment
- Be able to remain professional when dealing with difficult or confrontational situations
- Be able to follow post orders, company policies, and client requirements
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Previous security experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
