Softroc of Central Texas is a small but rapidly growing company specializing in EPDM pour-in-place rubber surfacing for pool decks, patios, playgrounds, walkways, and other specialty applications. Our installations are hand-troweled and require attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride in your work.
Our sister company, The Driveway Company of Central Texas, provides concrete crack repair, joint repair, stain and sealing services, and other concrete restoration solutions for driveways, sidewalks, patios, and commercial properties.
Our team members work with both companies, creating a unique opportunity to learn multiple trades and grow within the organization.

Preferred Experience
Experience in the following areas is a plus:
- Concrete finishing or concrete repair
- Construction or skilled labor
- Customer service
- Surface coatings or decorative concrete
- EPDM rubber surfacing (not required but highly desirable)
Job Responsibilities
- Install EPDM rubber surfacing systems
- Assist with concrete crack and joint repairs
- Perform concrete cleaning, staining, and sealing
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials
- Interact professionally with customers on job sites
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Travel to project locations throughout our service area
Service Area
Our territory stretches from the northern Fort Worth area all the way to San Antonio. Some overnight travel may be required depending on project locations.
